The Caregiving Bridge · Joy SE Lewis

Nobody talks about what happens
to the caregiver when it's over.
I'm changing that.

Guiding family caregivers across the full journey — from surviving the active season with your identity intact, to recovering yourself when the caregiving ends.

Two Tracks. One Journey.

Where you are on the bridge determines where we begin.

01

The Caregiving Season

Emotional support, education, and strategy for family caregivers still in the role — so you don't disappear into it.

02

Post-Caregiving Recovery

The recovery dip is real. Most don't see it coming. This track addresses the identity crash that follows — and guides you back to yourself.

Support that meets you where you are.

"Most people focus on the person being cared for. Nobody prepares the caregiver for what this does to them — or what happens when it's over. That's exactly what I do."

She didn't just study this.
She lived it.

Joy SE Lewis is a speaker, coach, and author who emerged from 4.5 years of intensive family caregiving — and experienced firsthand the post-caregiving crash that few resources address.

That experience became her calling. Now she walks alongside caregivers across the full journey — holding the space that nobody else holds, at both ends of the bridge.

Joy is currently completing her BS in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Behavioral and Social Science at Liberty University and brings deep expertise in benefits and insurance systems alongside her coaching practice.
